Hopefully you've had a breather at CCC. As a Staff Captain, you have more responsibility and pressure to lead, communicate, and execute well. Battalion leaders will evaluate and assess you while planning which Company you might command. It's time to work hard but again exploit your staff time to best prepare for command.
